How can you help ALL the employees of an international company, when each country has its own labour laws, different wage levels, various social security systems, and different tax systems ?

Since 1996, more than 2,000 international companies located in the European Union are required to set up European Work Councils (EWC).

And we can help you set one up ;-)

The European Transport Federation (ETF) and Syndex have developed an excellent collaboration that has proved very relevant: a number of new European Works Councils are being set up and good practices are promoted to ensure better participation of transport workers in company decision making. I believe that the advisory and training skills of Syndex colleagues (consultants ?) provide tailor-made assistance that is very constructive for the trade unions around Europe.
