Paris, 3rd april 2023. Syndex, alongside its partners LBBa, INDEWO and Progress Lawyers Network Antwerpen held the first seminar of this two-year project, which aims to analyse internal and external expertise in EWCs and BLER, as well as identify, exchange and disseminate good practices and recommendations to promote a more balanced dialogue between social partners in multinational companies.
Following presentations from socioeconomic consultants, lawyers and policy advisors on the state of internal legal and economic expertise, elected workers representatives and trade unionists from seven european countries had the opportunity to discuss their needs, understand the legal resources available to play their role effectively and exchange best practices.
In an effort to promote transnational collaboration and raise awareness on the necessity of a fairer social dialogue environment, three additional seminars will be held throughout Europe in late 2023 and 2024.
