On the 10th & 11th of December, our experts presented in Warsaw a study on digitization in the services industry: « The challenges of the digitalisation in the services industry: a new area for information, consultation, and participation rights of workers and transnational negotiations ».
Made for UNI Europa, this study deals with the progresses and impacts of various facets of digitization (AI, big data…) within the industry (business, medias, telecoms and finance, etc.) and with its consequences for employment and workers.
