Syndex consists of 450 consultants, specialists in the economic and social aspects of companies, who provide assistance to employee representatives and trade unions in France and in Europe.It places its expertise at the service of European Works councils, European trade union federations, sectoral social partner committees or European public institutions and employer/union institutions, to foster social dialogue and contribute to promoting a social Europe.


Syndex has a diversified service offering:

  • Training for unionists and employee representatives in national and European works councils;
  • Strategic, financial, social, environmental and organisational audits of companies and sectors;
  • Operational and integrated reflection on industrial, financial, organisational and social transformations and the challenges they raise for workers;
  • Surveys- actions to support events, contributions during symposia and conferences;
  • Translation of documents into all EU languages.
